If we do not have access to our anger and (un)consciously suppress it, this can have the following effects

The full package for your transformation
Live Sessions
In the 2x 3 hour online sessions you will understand what has led to you (un)consciously suppressing your anger. In addition, we will gradually enable your body to integrate healthy anger through many experience-based exercises. We will focus specifically on your situation and your experience!
Integration
As an important element after the intensive weekend, you can optionally take part in an integration session to share your experiences and gain additional inspiration.
Community
You are not alone. Other people who also want to experience more access to their anger are part of the group. This means that you can support each other and stay in contact even after the workshop.

Trauma-informed approach
Our body develops strategies to protect us. In order to understand the cause and to be able to accompany the process in the best possible way, it is important to understand the consequences of trauma. In this workshop you will be accompanied by an experienced coach who will provide a space where you can reprogram your body to access other emotions.
Holistic approach
In order to have a holistic experience and deep transformation, we offer different methods from the fields of embodiment, nervous system, movement, shadow work, mindfulness and voice during the workshop. The exercises are designed in such a way that you can always bring in your own personal processes.
Group journey
You are not alone. Especially when integrating emotions, it is important to have these experiences in relationship with others. The group can support you during and after the workshop.
Suppressing anger means suppressing aliveness.
I myself had no access to my own anger for many years. The consequences were that I found it difficult to set boundaries and experience my own needs. I couldn't feel a part of my body.
When I then began to work intensively on integrating my anger, I realized how much creative power and freedom it contains. I was able to experience that the healthy expression of my anger also made me more tangible for others and I experienced more self-confidence.
Since a lack of access to anger can have so many health and psychological consequences, it is my heart's desire to enable more people to integrate this emotion.
Since my mission is to inspire people to live their essence, the integration of anger is a very important element!
