Trauma-informed approach
We look at the deeper reason behind the procrastination and then go directly to the present moment to release this blockage. In this context trauma refers to distressing events or experiences that might not seem extreme or life-threatening but still have a significant emotional or psychological impact on a person. Examples can include experiencing pressure to perform in your family or continous judgement. Our approach integrates these experiences as part of forming our behavior today.
Holistic learning approach
For a deeper integration you will learn many practices of embodiment, nervous system, movement, expression, theory inputs, mind and heart. As we believe that procrastination is strongly linked to our body and nervous system, we will work with our body and movement. Further, the sessions include theory inputs and journaling reflections.
Continuous support
Often people struggle doing it on their own. That is why you will receive support in the form of regular questions for reflection and motivational video messages.
Procrastination prevents people from living their Essence
Throughout many years in guiding people in following their dreams and aliveness I realized, that one of the most common blockages was: PROCRASTINATION.
After digging deep into topics like trauma, nervous system regulation, embodiment, shadow work and family constellations, I began to see a pattern.
As my mission is to inspire people to live their Essence, I want to address one of the mayor challenges with this course.
